Andy was courteous and attentive to our needs. As we explained the criteria of the house we were looking for, he provided numerous alternatives for us to review. He never pressured us on a house we found unfavorable, but cheerfully moved on with us. His availability was generous. Throughout the process, it was almost as if we were his only clients, although we knew he had others. He genuinely cared about making sure we had the right house. And after we found it, he also ensured that every single detail was attended to. We did the initial inspection, and then the punch list final inspection. He made sure that requests for corrective action were worded accurately so the work could be done. He also made sure everything was documented well. He was there at closing, and handed us the keys himself. Andy represented us well, and became a friend to us through this home sale. 2019
