Tina was absolutely fabulous to work with! from our first meeting we realized she would be a good fit for us. I had great apprehension about realtors based on past experiences. I was so reluctant to list with a realtor that I was planning to list my property myself. My daughter knew Tina and convinced me that Tina was not like the realtors I had dealt with in the past. So, I agreed to give Tina a shot at it. Simply put, Tina was amazing. I have had the pleasure of working with Tina on three transactions for raw land. We purchased a piece of land in 2016 in Barnstead NH after viewing (and hiking) multiple lots. We can't speak highly enough of our experience with Tina Birdsall. We were looking for a vacation condo in the White Mountains region but had little knowledge about how to find the right place there. Tina is honest, knowledgeable, hands-on and really helped to take the pressure off of us during the entire process. She helped us find local financing, inspection folks, contractors for minor decor renovations we wanted to do after purchasing our condo and even gave us recommendations for some hiking spots. Literally a one stop shop!!
