I bought my house from Mr. Sachs. Foundation was old but the house was new. After about 10 months, started having water damage at each bottom corner of the french doors at the back of the house, but now I'm having a closed porch built at the back of the house and hopefully that should solve the problem of rain water damage. But now I have another spot of water damage appearing, and this one if huge. The house is only 2 years old. I would not buy from this guy again.
