Truth be told, I didnt pick Erica Hadley. I fell in love with this house on line @Zillow.com. And when they posted an open house, my husband and I traveled to NH to see the house. Erica was the sellers brokers partner, not ours. I found this house on my own. But Erica was warm and friendly.when we met her on that day of the open house. She became invaluable in the months to come, acting as a go between between the sellers and us and our lawyer. She was accessible and dealt with us and our lawyer with knowledge and kindness. I kinda think she too learned some aspects of our house, because it is in a 55+ community. She answered our questions with patience and checked in on us frequently.
I was the buyer, but she was knowledge and helpful throughout the buying of this property. (See previous pages)
