We were thoroughly impressed with Tracy. We interviewed 4 different agents and Tracy stood out immediately. She is a quiet professional who gets the job done. She did a complete market assessment, helped us stage the home, put together an outstanding marketing plan, arranged for professional pictures, 3-D Matterport, drone shots and flattering brochures. She told us what to expect and communicated with us daily. She personally attended every showing and sold our home in a little over a week. All of this happened at the beginning of the Covid-19 crisis. She had a plan for virtual showings, socially distant showings and executed those perfectly. We always felt safe because we knew she was taking care of the protocols.
She expertly handled the negotiations with several simultaneous offers to get us the best deal with the fewest contingencies. When there were a few items to fix after home inspection, she quickly set up contractors to come in the next day to make repairs and clear the inspection contingencies.
