Kristi is knowledgeable, responsive, polite, courteous and an overall delight to deal with. She met us at the property with her photographer and it seemed like she had all of the information she needed in about a half of an hour. The property went "live" and within the hour we had a signed contract, close to asking price and we closed within 30 days. Some realtors are pushy, trying to get you to buy whatever as fast as possible so they get their commission. NOT KRISTI!!!! She is beyond the best realtor I have ever dealt with. We gave Kristi our wants and desires for a new home. We found one property, and I was ready to settle, but she found the house I really wanted before she let us do anything!!! She gave us options, within an hour of talking to her for the first time. In fact, once we looked through what she sent us, she would send us more daily!! Not trying to overwhelm us, she asked if we wanted more!!! We looked at tons of houses (many times in rain storms!) and she was always there with a smile!!!!
