I recently had the pleasure of working with Lisa to purchase a new home. From start to finish, it was an absolute pleasure! I called Lisa to specifically inquire about property specifics regarding a property she had listed. Her comment to me directly about how I should just fly into Michigan from Oregon (she has no idea where I am from, at least I didn't tell her, so where did she get Oregon from?) and look at the property and decide by looking at it rather than ask her questions about it was most unbecoming as a professional. Although I may still have to participate in transactions with her at a business level, I would never recommend her. The fact that another human had to experience the same type of behavior is even more outlandish. It was pretty disrespectful to a potential buyer and other realtors. 2022

When selecting Lisa I had gone through two other real estate agents and was not satisfied with their communication and effort, Lisa put forth a great effort in helping us find a great home.
Lisa did a great job at negotiating prices and terms, she showed me a house I had thought was outside of my price range after speaking to a former realtor, but she was able to work with me to negotiate price to make it affordable for me.
