Amy sold our house in June of 2016. She was knowledgeable in regards to the market and helped to get our home ready to sell. It was under contract within 12 hours of being listed. Whenever we had questions or concerns she was extremely responsive and it was obvious we were a priority to her. She also helped us to negotiate with the buyers on various points. When the buyers were unreasonable, ( in my opinion ) she was excellent at negotiating further and making sure we were getting the best deal possible. She was always well prepared and all documents were completed in a timely manner. It was obvious she was familiar with the home selling and buying process.
