Ginny is an articulate, kind, efficient, and knowledgeable realtor. She managed to sell our home in the most difficult of markets- the interest rates were the highest in 20 years. Also the pool of available buyers was small. She worked hard and marketed the house well. She communicated the progress of the sale to us every week.
