Amber represented the seller of the house I bought, the communication the entire time left a lot to be desired, it took multiple attempts just to get her to respond to simple requests with repeated excuses for why she couldn't reply to someone purchasing a home at almost half a million dollars.

However when we finally finished the purchase we allowed the seller to stay an extra 2 weeks for free to be helpful and we stayed with friends waiting to move across the country from Arizona to Georgia.
We traveled 1800 miles to find a home with personal items, trash, mold, dirty and holes in the wall along with more and Amber could not be bothered to even respond after 3 days incurring more fees for moving trucks not being returned and finally for us having to do everything ourselves while hoping Amber will get the situation dealt with. She has been nothing but unprofessional and shown a complete lack of customer service or professionalism or even common decent.

I can only imagine how she would treat anyone else who buys from her and would hope that this review will help prevent her from ever treating anyone else like those again.
