We hit some big hiccups in our closing process, and Ben always had our back. When we had to switch lenders because of unforeseen circumstances with CoVid-19, he even got our builder to grant their preferred lender discount! I could go on and on about everything Ben did for us, including SHOWING UP for EVERY walkthrough, and especially for closing.

Ben is one of the best and most knowledgeable realtors in Central Florida. His response time is incredible, as he will get back to you within an hour or two at any time of day or week. My experience with him has all been in new construction and relatively new communities in Winter Garden, and he is an absolute expert in the area. He has connections with every builder and knows every burrow and community in Winter Garden. I cannot more highly recommend a realtor if you are selling or buying.

Over the summer, Ben was invaluable in helping us purchase our first home. We were a little picky and unsure of what we wanted in a starter home but Ben was really helpful and able to provide plenty of suggestions in homes to view to help us narrow down what we wanted to actually walk through.
When it came to walking through homes, Ben was great at offering up an opinion when asked and quick to send any relevant documentation if we so desired. He was also great at just creating a relaxed vibe that made every viewing a fun experience. Ben also proved a great asset as we knew nothing about a home and he helped us identify what problems some homes had over others and how easy or difficult they could be to fix.
When it came time to put in an offer and begin negotiations, Ben helped turn our concerns and asks into professional and attainable requests. He gave us a realistic understanding of what to expect and then delivered on those expectations. Ben certainly turned what could have been a tedious and difficult home buying experience into an enjoyable, understandable journey that we would have been hard pressed to find anywhere else. 2018
