Diana was terrific in all aspects of her job as my realtor. She paid great attention to detail and picked up quickly on what my likes and dislikes were. She had wonderful knowledge of the housing options in the areas I was interested in living. She even sensed when I would feel uncomfortable living in particular neighborhoods so we could rule those opportunities out. My home search had an unusual complication in that I needed to find a house with a room large enough to hold my Steinway 9-foot concert grand piano. Diana was patient throughout the search process, always considering the size of the rooms to ensure my piano would fit somewhere comfortably! We visited potential homes to buy two and three times per week, and Diana juggled her schedule to accommodate visits with me on short notice, which I greatly appreciated.
She did a great job negotiating the price of my home purchase. The sellers agreed to our offer after just one counter-offer, due to Diana's knowledge of and skill with the bidding process! Diana was detailed with regards to my home inspection, recommending a fine inspector to use, and reviewing the results of the inspection with me with great care. She was excellent at drawing up all contracts and necessary paperwork in a timely fashion. She stayed on top of the whole process from visiting potential homes to buy to the closing of the house I bought, guiding me with great care and attention throughout the process. My closing was stressful, due to delays caused by the mortgage underwriter. When the closing time and location got changed at the last minute, Diana calmed me down by offering to meet me at her office before driving to the closing location together. I really appreciated this extra service!
Diana was excellent in every category of behavior in her relationship with me! She was professional, always treated me with respect and dignity, and was patient with me when I needed more time making notes of the houses we visited. She always kept me on track to meet important deadlines, and pointed out things I would not have picked up on pertaining to potential problems/concerns with houses we looked at. She made everything understandable, and it was great fun spending time with her looking at homes in a wide area of northern Kentucky.
Even after I closed on the house I bought, Diana continued to be helpful with suggestions on paint colors for interior walls, carpeting and vinyl flooring options, and window treatments. Diana recommended the painter and flooring company I chose to use for my upgrades to the house before I move in. She had great ideas for landscaping changes/upgrades. Since Diana and I really felt a bond between us, we plan to stay as good friends. She has offered to assist me with trimming trees and removing unwanted landscaping, and even planting new flowers and bushes when the weather gets cooler.
I could not have chosen a better realtor than Diana Pfaff! She was superb in every way possible. I would highly recommend Diana to anyone who is looking for a broker with extensive knowledge who always has your interests in mind. We were wanting to move back to the Northern Kentucky area but had been gone for many years so needed an expert in the market. We googled Top Realtors in N. KY and was able to ask for them to contact us. We had a call from Diana within minutes. Other realtors waited up to 48 hours to contact us.
We explained what we were looking for in a home and gave Diana our Must-haves and wants. She added us to a list that emailed us potential homes to us. We selected several. The market is hot so some were sold already. We made a list and arranged to travel to N. KY. Diana was organized in our showings. We were presented a folder with information on every house we were seeing and the itinerary for the showings.

Once accepted, Diana assisted with information on setting up inspections and making sure we had the results. she was prompt with negotiations on items in need of repair. Even that process went well. Diana put us at ease and calmed any fear or concern we had immediately.
