I worked with Josie after the sad death of my sister and her home in Henderson, Nevada needed to be sold. The property went into a short sale, so Josie and I worked together to sell the property from 2019 to 2021. Josie is the hardest, most efficient realtor I have ever met. I live in another part of the country and she was so awesome. Everyone including all those involved never thought she would accomplish and bring the deal to the finish line, but that is exactly what Josie did. If you want a realtor that truly works for the client Josie is the person to work with. She is able to find out anything and everything to bring your deal to a close and will do good and honest business. She was a blessing to me and my family. We are loving Josie Stewart for life she is one of the good guys.
