David was professional and attentive during our dream home search. He was excellent at communication and was always responsive. He listened to everything we were looking for in a home and took feedback of what we liked and what didnt work for us during our search process so that we didnt waste time looking at homes that he knew werent going to be a match for us. He took into account all of our specific requirements such as location, property size, HOA restrictions so that we could make improvements that we knew we wanted to do to make it our own and more. Yes, we were that type of clientbut David never flinched. He took the feedback of our tours and tweaked the homes he presented to us making each showing time well spent.
