Jerrica made our home buying experience easy and simply. Starting off, she was one of only a few that responded to our inquiry when searching for a local agent, but she quickly rose to the top of our list of agents to pick from to continue as our representative. Jerrica was knowledgeable and quick to respond to our requests, even though we were overseas and multiple time zones away. She scheduled viewings for exactly what we wanted plus some that we weren't able to find that still met our criteria, and squeezed them all into the only day we were in town to view in-person.

Where she really shined was dealing with our mortgage broker who was less than stellar in communication and efficiency. Jerrica kept the loan officer on his toes to meet deadlines and even caught some issues that the loan officer should have known about, but didn't. Ultimately, the loan officer caused a one day delay in closing, but Jerrica was able to reschedule the closing time with the fully booked attorney and the sellers within minutes.
Even after closing, Jerrica has been a great help. She was able to provide recommendations on local contractors to make the house "ours" and continued to communicate with the sellers' agent regarding their ever-growing pile of mail still being delivered to the house.
