We are first time home sellers, and Rich answered our questions through every step of the process. He came and looked at the house to recommend updates, helped advise us of contractors. Additionally, he brought other recent comparable sales, that helped advise us of current market value. He came back out and reviewed our updates, and went over selling paperwork a few days before we went on the market. Our house sold the first day of showings, and we received exactly what we asked for, and the appraisal came through on point as well. He also helped us connect with an excellent realtor in the market we are moving to and we found exactly what we wanted there in our price range. We could not ask for a better experience.
