Jeanette was the best. Not only did she price our house correctly she took care of issues that came up. We moved out before the house closed. She handled all the outside vendors that had to fix a few things. The biggest was the hail damage on the roof. She made sure the contractors did their job. Jeanette facilitated the sale of our previous home in August 2017 and we were extremely happy with her help. She is knowledgeable, personable, helpful and responsive! We then proceeded to move to our mountain cabin in order to be able to have the time to find the next great home but it is quite a ways away. Since we were picky, we didn't expect to find the right home for a long time and we didn't start looking until October. Because we were looking in northern El Paso county for our next residence, Jeanette arranged for several viewings in one day to save us driving time. One of the houses she showed us was exactly what we wanted and more! The offer was written the same day and accepted by 6 am the next morning, everything went without a hitch and we closed in three weeks in November 2017. Jeanette is available anytime for questions, she is patient and accommodating, professional but pleasant and personable. We have had a somewhat negative experience with a prior real estate agent that made us distrusting of people in this profession, however, we trust Jeanette 100% in all of our real estate transactions.
