We recommended a color specialist to redo the paint in all of the rooms in the house (admittedly, they were all different colors) to bring in a cohesive and neutral base color, which ended up looking incredible. Another recommendation was to update our outdated countertops, from builder basic Corian to a stunning white quartz. Just these two changes completely updated the entire look of the home and took it from looking tired to modern and beautiful. Their stager also made sure the home looked impeccable for pictures and showings.
We had multiple showings just two days after listing, and each one gave us an offer.
