We recently requested the services of Justino as our real state agent; We have to say we are satisfied with his work; He is responsible, professional, respectful, and will listen to what you want in a home, and he will attempt to look for that for you! He has good negotiating skills, and we know this because in order to buy a home we needed seller's assistance; We made 3 offers and in every offer we made he negotiated for us the max of 6%, however, some offers fell through because of different situations (one house had electric issues, another another buyer offered more, etc..) however nothing to do with his skills. We finally were able to find a house we liked, and he was able to negotiate as well with seller-- we recently closed on the home this month; He was with us until the end of this process, and even took a picture of our family at the new house to for keepsakes-- which just tells us that he likes what he does--helping families likes us get their first home-- and he does a well done job; Also, he is very, patient, and will allow you to make decisions, he does not pressure you! p.s. he is also bi-lingual!!
