From day one of getting started Derek Serino was truly amazing, he helped me find the house I truly never thought I could get, he guided me in all the right directions. I was a first time home buyer coming from a Family who never bought a home, so everything was brand new to me. I was nervous but having Derek in my corner made everything so easy, we communicated daily, if I had a question I would send a message to him and instantly get a response back, he helped explain everything that I had no clue about to me, I truly felt so comfortable working with him. Now that im moved into my new house, I truly dont think I would of made all this happen without Derek and Im extremely blessed to have a real estate agent like him.
