Peter was by far the best real estate agent I have ever worked with. He was extremely knowledgeable about the area and the process. What made him particularly good was his additional knowledge he's accrued over the years. He is a previous construction manager so he knows structures and what to look for. Our lender referred us to Peter. He told us Peter is great and will go above and beyond to help us out finding our first home. The day I spoke with Peter he gathered info on my needs and wanted to meet my wife and see what she wants. We met and soon after that he sent us listings based on both our wants. I dont know how he does it but he works fast and always had us lined up with showings. After we picked one house he gave us his opinion on how to make a proper offer.
