Jonathan is extremely responsive and informative. He would communicate frequently and would often ask if we needed any additional clarifying information. He was always willing to come and show us a place that we were interested in, usually getting access to the house within the same day. Most importantly though what differentiated Jonathan from other realtors and why we chose him is that he is personable and clearly enthusiastic about his job. He also clearly wasn't trying to push any agenda or pressure us into a purchase - he would even point out potential issues with a home, rather than pretend that they weren't there. He wanted us, the buyers, to be satisfied - and there was never any concern that he was more concerned with his bottom line. I would definitely recommend Jonathan to anyone considering a realtor.
