We tried to sell our place ourselves for about 6 months. All we got were lookers. Matthew sent an email introducing himself. We met with him and were impressed. We signed a contract and he got right to work. As this had to be a cash sale he needed to weed through a lot of potential buyers to find the ones that qualified. It took about 4 months but he found us a buyer and we closed in 2 weeks. He kept us informed of what was happening, professional, and always answered his calls personally. I would definitely hire him again and have already referred him to a couple that are selling their home. 2016
