Candice was helpful in helping us find our home, narrowing out many other viewings to this gem we're in now! Always responsive and quick!

Faru, a seller from bellport, NY
1. When we met her before signing the contract, she said she could definitely sell for $400k but she sold it much lower. What made me furious is that she listed my property at $500k for 2 weeks with no potential buyers. When spoke, she said she was testing the market and was not sure what price she can sell the property for because there are no other similar properties nearby. So she lied to get us to sign the contract with her. Then she tested the market with our property for too long knowing that we were in a major rush to sell. n2. A tree fell on top of our house while we were in process of selling the property, which nobody lived in. The tree fell on Friday, a neighbor informed us that they called Candice Friday morning to inform her that a tree fell on the property, and Candice did not notify us until Monday. This is ridiculous and pure laziness. There could be water damage or worse damage to a property we were a week away from selling because of her delay to inform us of a major incident that occurred on our house. n3. I felt that she was representing the buyer and not me as a seller. We all know that every inspector will pick at something difference at the same house to attempt to lower the house price for the buyer. Candice pushed us to make every change all inspectors indicated wanted done (but does not need to be done). Candice did not respect uswhen we said we cannot spend anymore money to fix the house. But she continued to push us to spend further money to fix the house for unnecessary work because it seemed that she was more concerned about selling for a maximum price to maximize her commission instead of our net profit. It felt like she was working for buyer than us because she constantly criticizing our house on things not needed to be done and not major. n4. When I first met Candice, she wore yoga pants. She also spoke down to my husband condescendingly when discussing how to flip homes .

Candice was an amazing realtor to work with! She made the process of buying a first home easier than I thought it would be. I started working with her after trying to work with another agent who was basically a door opener. Candice, however, took the time to get to know my family and our needs, and explained the process to us. From that initial meeting until our closing, she was in contact with us all the way, providing not just information but also a calming presence when we got worried or stressed. We are so happy to have worked with her!!

Rudy, a buyer from Rocky Point, NY
My wife and I met Candice at an open house she was hosting in Rocky Point, she was immediately friendly and informative. nAlthough we were not interested in the open house, we thought well of Candice and asked that she be our exclusive broker to help find us a home in the Rocky Point area. She immediately sent homes within our range, and not above our range. We made and offer on a house and the seller was not cooperative, however answers came quickly due to Candice's tenacity. We ended up making an offer on another house, and again, every email was immediately answered. Candice worked well with our banker and was at all times an advocate for us and not herself. At the closing we arrived with our 2 month old daughter and 3 year old son, for the entire closing Candice watched our 3 year old! I am a Resident Manager of a luxury building on the Upper east side, and I see all levels or real estate agents. I can truly say Candice is one of a kind, she is kind and genuine, which are qualities I rarely see in the real estate brokerage industry. Truly a pleasure! nThank you Candice! n nRudy
