We hired Rebecca and Chris to help us sell our grandmas house after she passed away. It was a little tough for everyone so she made sure to take extra good care of us. As my brother and I were doing some painting and cleaning they showed up to check on something, when they saw how much work there was to do, They ran home, got on their work clothes and came back & spent over five hours helping us get the house ready to list! I have never met another realtor willing to do that. They were thorough, professional and made the process smooth. After all was said and done, they sent us a gift, a painted picture of my grandmas house so we could remember it, it was so thoughtful, and a gift I treasure. We loved working with Rebecca for a second time! This time we were selling our home she helped us buy a few years ago. We decided to relocate out of state to be closer to family. When we found the perfect house to buy Rebecca got our current home on the market in less than 2 weeks with 5 above asking offers after a weekend of showings and a busy open house. We got through all inspections and negotiations in less than 30 days and successfully closed right on time.

Rebecca was incredible to work with! We were buying our first home when we met her. We met with Rebecca after meeting multiple other realtors and she really stood out! She didn't put any kind of pressure on us when we talked with her the first time. We were unfamiliar and nervous about this process so not having someone putting pressure on us on top of all of that, was exactly what we needed. She invited us to come to a personalized 1st time home buyers presentation. My husband and I both worked so she was willing to meet with us on a Friday night at 7pm and spent 2 hours with us and a loan officer to show us the proper steps to finding and buying a home. We decided that night Rebecca was not like any other realtor we would ever find. We soon met Chris, her husband and partner and we just as impressed. Chris and Rebecca make such a great team and were always there to help us answer any questions. They only showed us homes that were within our budget which we really appreciated, and before long they helped us find the perfect home. The home we wanted had multiple other offers but Rebecca worked so hard to help us get our home. She coached us through the process and had us write a personalized letter to the owners and helped us decide on what offer we ought to make. They accepted our offer because of Rebecca and we have had our wonderful home for about a year and a half now.
Even though it's been a year and a half since we moved in, Rebecca has not disappeared.
