He did his homework to properly appraise our sale price. He went through all the comps in the area and explained how they were priced, how they differed from our home and current market fluctuations. I've worked with Charlie on two home purchases and one home sale over the past ten years. He is such an easy guy to get along with and is genuine in having your best interest at hand, and I can't emphasize that enough. He wants you to feel comfortable and never pushes you into a decision. My wife would always ask him what he thought of a house that she was interested in (for confirmation/validation of her interest), and while I would cringe at it, he would always give a thoughtful perspective that didn't immediately come to us and offer good advice so that it truly was our decision in the end.
