Words cannot express the admiration and gratitude I have for Realtor Extraordinaire, Steve Brendle. Professionally, I think one would be hard-pressed to find a more knowledgeable, honest, and dedicated realtor. He knows what he is doing and is able to explain the ins and outs of selling and buying in a comprehensible manner without arrogance. Steve has impeccable character and I came to have absolute faith in him. Its not just about the money for Steve, he truly cares about his clients and their situations.
Steve deserves a medal of valor, AND an appointment of Sainthood after working with us for over 1 years during a long, drawn-out, and contentious divorce. His ability to successfully navigate multiple agreements within a hostile environment is nothing short of a miracle. I have no doubt he could bring about world peace if he applied his skills to world leaders. Steve helped us renovate and sell two seriously neglected properties. Imagine rats, roaches, a 30-pound bee hive, a collapsed roof, an angry teenager, two shedding cats, and a dying dog all documented in over 265 emails. He should have earned combat pay for working with us. His advice and encouragement were invaluable. I'll never forget seeing him sweeping up cat fur in his suit to help out or bringing cleaning supplies to tidy up before a showing. I mean who does that? He is literally the most patient person I know answering questions and putting up with some serious emotional turmoil with a calm that was reassuring.
Steve is a genuinely good guy who truly cares not just about the money but the people involved. After the sale of the two properties, he helped me buy a condo that was under foreclosure. The first time he showed it to me was during a torrential downpour. I wouldn't have blamed him for canceling but he showed up, quite damp but as always with a smile on his face. I learned working with banks in foreclosure is not a realtor's dream sale but Steve persevered and I ended up with my dream home.
I will be forever grateful to Steve for all his hard work, but even more so for restoring my faith that there are good people in the world.

Steve Brendle helped my father find a place then he helped my brother find one as well. When my father passed away he sent me a nice card and I thought that was thoughtful. He is honest and thorough. His experience in the field is evident. He responded quickly to everyone of my questions and exhibited patience and positivity while I was going through the emotional roller coaster that is buying and selling a property for the first time. He gave me good advice throughout and knows many handymen of all kinds that were able to help me as well. Over the course of my experience with Steve he has become more than my realtor, I consider him my friend.
Steve is awesome, plain and simple! We met Steve a few days after my father suddenly passed away and he helped my brother and I sell my father's apartment. Steve was there for us in every way, especially after such an unexpected loss. Steve knew the area and developed a great plan to list and sell the apartment.
