Mallory is absolutely incredible. We will be using her in the future and recommending her to everyone who we know looking for a house. Not only is she extremely knowledgable about the area but she is extremely experienced in the real estate field. Her demeanor is perfect for helping you find the perfect home- she is laid back and extremely reliable/responsive. No question you ask her will go unanswered- if she doesn't know the answer to it, she will find it. n nWe lucked into working with Mallory after requesting a showing via Zillow- She responded and met me at the home that day. She pointed out several things (positives and negatives) about the home as we looked through it, keeping us grounded and realistic. She is well informed and never pushed us out of our comfort zone. She understood our requirements and went out of her way to make sure these requirements were met. When we ended up putting our offer in on the house we eventually closed on, she was incredible. Her attention to detail is unparalleled as she immediately caught a few slick tricks in the contract that the seller's agent added. She really impressed us with how she went to bat for us and helped us through the process when other entities were struggling or all out failing the process. n nWe had the home-buying experience from hell for a number of reasons but Mallory mitigated every single issue that came up. She was our rock through this process. When it was time to close Mallory made the process simple, was super organized, and made huge sacrifices herself in order to make the closing happen when others failed. I can't recommend using her as your realtor enough.
