Suzanne is definitely the agent you want in your corner. She will tell you when she thinks a house might not be a good fit, and normally her husband comes to the showings as well which is nice since he is a contractor. So with the two of them you definitely get lots of good advice. She also is not afraid to get in the middle of another agent if problems arise. She had to do that numerous times with the agent we were buying a house from because things werent getting done. She also sold our house as well and did a great job. I selected Suzanne because she had contacted us previously about looking for a home after i filled out info online and i had worked with another realtor on another property as little as 30 days earlier but was unimpressed. Suzanne works for her customers. She puts in the time and effort. As long as she is working i wouldn't suggest anyone but her. This is after I have worked with 2 other realtors that are extremely well known in our community. Hands down she is the best at what she does.She truly exceeded my expectations with her attention and handling things on the fly during the negotiating of this deal.

We were originally working with another agent (a year or two prior and a different agency, but then stopped searching for a home), but she would never answer any questions that we had. Instead, she would only respond with "Let's list your house for sale." Since she never answered our basic questions, we never called her back. Suzanne, on the other hand, listened carefully to all of our concerns and responded quickly to them.
