We needed someone that could market this vacation/retirement home to the whole state not just in northern Wisconsin. She didn't mind that the property was 2 hrs away, she was more that willing to drive up as many times as needed to show the property. As luck would have it she only needed to make three trips: 1. to take pictures and put up her 3 large yard signs, 2. to show the property which was the eventual buyer and 3 to take her signs down. Nikki Free sold the home in 5 DAYS! She is a motivated woman that will bend over backwards to sell your home. I wish we would have switched to her sooner!
