If you are looking for a compassionate, intelligent, and proactive realtor, stop your search now! Elise is quite possibly the best realtor I have ever had the pleasure of hiring. She was with us every SINGLE step of the way, was courteous, and solved every problem that came our way. We hired one of the bigger 'team' realty groups in Wasilla for 6 months before her. We ended up having to set up our own showings, do most of the advertising and almost all the work. That realtor/group showed our house once in the six months and maybe ten times total during that entire time. Elise came in, showed it twice in a week and we immediately had a sale. Right away, we were impressed with Elise's friendly, confident, enthusiastic, can-do demeanor. Her understanding of the local housing market was helpful as we set an asking price and later, negotiated a fair deal. We appreciated her honest(telling it like it is) giving us recommendations as to what needed to be done to make the property marketable. She took steps to showcase the outstanding features of the property-in our case it was the acreage surrounding our home. She hired a photographer with drones to take aerial views of the property, in addition to photographs inside the home.
