Ken Holehouse was our realtor from Kelly Right. HE. IS. THE. BEST!!! He helped us get into our first home years ago. When we had a work opportunity turn up and needed to sell our house within a month Ken was able to do it and took all the stress off of us. I cannot say enough good things about him but I know if anyone is looking for a realtor there isnt a better guy out there than Ken.

Hands downs, Ken is the best agent in the area. He works hard for his clients 24/7. When we first me Ken, we weren't sure what to expect because we had never sold a house before. Ken made the process so much easier than we expected. He worked hard for us behind the scenes and fought hard for us when we faced any obstacles. He was always so friendly and kind. He communicated well and was so easy to talk to, and he was always willing to answer any questions or concerns we had. Ken is so knowledgeable when it comes to real estate and he was always willing to explain anything we didn't understand about the selling process. He worked hard to negotiate the best deal possible, for us. We are so happy that we got to work with Ken! We hope to work with him again, soon!

My wife and I were considering refinancing our home. Ken was generous with his time & sat with us to educate us on the process. He was able to refer us to a Mortgage Lender, Mike Hobbs. Mike fought for us as I was technically not working due to Covid-19. We were approved and the process was seamless.

Ken is the best, hands down Relator we ever had. Most Honest guy you will ever find. He will work For you, He is the hardest working guy I ever New. He never turned us down when when we wanted to see a home. He worked all hours for us & 7 days a week. He is a great asset to us & His company. Can't say enough about Ken, Great guy. Ken helped us to relocate from CA to ID. We worked with him almost a year before we found the right property & we are not easy to please lol! We ended up with an even better place than we thought we could in an area called Nettleton Gulch. I wanted land so I could have animals & something with water & we needed a large home & my mom wanted to be near town. When we found the right place we didnt have time to fly in to see it but Ken made videos & handled everything. We ended up in a bidding war with maybe 4 plus others but Ken was able to instruct us to help us & after we got this place - and its quite an amazing property... everyone says we still got the best deal theyve ever seen. I think this property is worth over 2 times what we paid.
Kens been there ever since for us. This was a bank owned so I know he didnt make near what he could of but he didnt care. Hes helped with referrals to get things done here that we need & even came by at midnight with a shop vac & helped my mom when we busted a pipe in the house. Hes become a good friend to us & our life is better because of him. U can trust him for sure. He also does real estate full time - maybe more than full time. As long as Ive known him hes working from early morning until maybe midnight or later. Hes just really good at what he does & hes also a nice man.
