When we decided to purchase another home out-of-state of Georgia, we were contacted by Jim Hunter of Atlanta Communities Realty and discussed with him his methods of marketing our home in a 55+ community. Jim came highly recommended by a mutual acquaintance of my wife. Jim reviewed with us how he can provide more information as he currently lives in the Soleil at Laurel Canyon community.
