I feel fortunate that Ashley got my house sold so quickly considering the previous owner had it on the market for multiple years. The house is a bit of an anomaly on the street and is well known in the area as kind of an oddball. I was told good things about Ashley by a neighbor and after we spoke I had a good feeling about her. I went with my gut and I'm not sorry. Ashley was always super compassionate, ultra positive and understanding of the situation. I never had to wait a long time to receive a call back or to get pertinent information. Also, the offer we went with was contingent on the buyers house being sold and Ashley even made that happen.

I was pleased with Ashley Berardi. I had planned on contacting a few other brokerages, but after I spoke with Ashley I decided that would not be necessary. She understood everything I needed and the concerns I had about conducting a sale without being able to be there in person. She was knowledgeable about selling property in the area which was important for me. She assured me she had experience with the complexities of doing everything via telephone and email. She made all the arrangements, was always available if I had questions and concerns and ensured it all went much more smoothly than I had expected.
