Karen was kind, punctual, professional and with the sense of humor. She helped to define my blurry goals I came with to her and hit my well refined goals in the end. What I liked the most about Karen is that she can tell her personal opinion if you ask for it. She can tell if she liked this particular house she's showing to you or not, or does it fit your personality or she can't see you living in this place. Which basically means she's not on hurry to sell you something and job done, but she cares about how you will feel year and more after the purchase. Another thing I liked is that Karen was ready to spend all day with me to reach some rural homes where there are no roads but dirt trails, just to find out that it was not what I was looking for. Despite of warnings about water well issues and other rural home hassles I will be signed to deal with all the time, she wanted to see it myself and decide if I am up to it. We were recalling those early days when we started our search for my new home and laughing, while celebrating my new home closing and enjoying sparkling wine.
