Although we did not end up buying the property, we found one that was a better fit in another area of the Ozarks outside of Boyd's area, I want to say that he is one of the best buyer's agents I have ever worked with. He was dedicated, has expert local knowledge, doesn't try to hide or sugarcoat a property's potential drawbacks, and never pushes anything onto the buyer. Strongly recommend to anyone considering a move to the Hardy area of Arkansas.
