I am a real estate lawyer who has worked with many real estate agents over the years. This sale was bogged down in nasty legal dispute. Sharee did an amazing job in negotiating a settlement to the dispute so the property could sell. If not for her involvement, the property would not have sold. She was responsive and results oriented.
