Richard had been staying at our Bed and Breakfast for about 25 years. He knew we were trying to sell it and after several agents would take one picture and list our property, we wouldnt hear from them again. Richard suggested that he take a try at it. What a difference! He had a brochure box filled with flyers, made large promotional index cards that were put in each of our rooms, posted multiple pictures on the internet of the interior and ones of the yard. He had a display in our dining room with flyers and business cards, held multiple open houses, advertised it on an Innkeepers website, listed it on our local MLS, all at no cost to us. Plus keeping in touch with us all of the time.
When we got our offer, he negotiated a full price offer on our B & B and went over the closing paperwork before we went to the closing to make sure we understood what we would be signing. He was at the closing as well making sure that any last-minute details would be taken care of.
