My wife & I were first time homebuyers I told him as much, and he was great at researching homes to show us in our price range, communitive the whole way. We found our new home while he was on vacation, when we wanted to see it, he got another agent to show us the home, and started right away on the process even while being on vacation he still wrote up all the paperwork we needed. He was honest and transparent about positives and negatives that he saw in the houses, without pushing us to make any decisions just let us know what we could expect. Adrian Mauk is the worst human being to ever walk this planet. He was completely unhelpful, rude and downright unprofessional about every aspect of his job. He was supposed to make sure my property was well maintained prior to move in but instead gave me headache after headache day after day without contacting me back or addressing any concerns. He does not belong in this business and desperately needs customer service training. 2020
This was the 3rd home Mr. Mauk has helped me and my family purchase. He is belong amazing. He stays in direct communication with the lending company, selling agent and us so potential problems were addressed before they were ever really problems. He was patient and kind towards us while setting realistic expectations for the process of buying in sellers market. 2020
