As the title says I am a first time homebuyer that had the pleasure of working with Laura. In the beginning buying a home seemed like a daunting task. But from the first meeting to final closing Laura made the entire process streamlined and painless. She is prompt (always getting back to be within 30 minutes of me texting or calling her) and her wealth of experience made me feel secure in this unfamiliar environment. If I could give her 1000 stars in this review I would without hesitation.
My experience with Laura was absolutely outstanding! Laura was the sole reason that I was able to land such a great deal in this crazy market. Her knowledge, work-ethic, and instincts are absolutely terrific; but her execution is the differentiating factor. Her closing "team" (lender, insurance, title co., etc.) runs the most efficient and effective operation that I have seen. This execution process/timeline is the reason that my offer was accepted, and why I'm a happy buyer! I also just referred a friend of mine to work with Laura. He is now under-contract and set to close by end-of-May. Two successful purchases, in this market?! Laura seems to have the magic touch.

Without Laura's attention to detail, helpfulness, and experience, we wouldn't have found our home! Laura really heard the things we wanted in a home - like "cozy" - and knew exactly how to translate that into a layout and amenities that fit our needs. We moved from out-of-state and completely trusted her to view a home for us, using just video. She was also instrumental in making sure our mortgage company completed their work in a timely manner and worked with us and the seller to adjust schedules as necessary. We even had a last minute issue when the house next door caught on fire a few days before we closed! She drove over to our new house to check on everything and coordinated a call with the seller, his insurance and us to make sure our home was ready to move in. I highly recommend Laura!
