I thought of myself as the luckiest man alive working with Miriam in buying my first house. Even though the house that I bought was my first it wasnt my first experience with a realtor. Hands down Miriam has got to be the best in this line of work. Her attention to details, knowledge of the market, professionalism and communication are superb. I started working with Miriam in the middle of the pandemic (COVID-19) which made things a little challenging but Miriam being a realtor that doesnt disappoint her clients worked out some magic to get the process of us seeing houses going. It took us a little while to find something that I like because people were scared of listing during the pandemic. As soon as we saw the house and I told Miriam that it was the house I like, it only took her 2 hours from the time we left the house to draft up the offer on the house so I dont lose the house to someone else because someone was already getting ready to make an offer on the house. Once the process on the house started she was nothing but amazing in working with me throughout the process. She recommended the mortgage company that I used which they had a really good rate because I compared them to 2 other banks and their rates were the best. She took the time to explain every paper I was signing and provided me a copy of every document. Miriam is the most amazing, pleasant and wonderful realtor youll ever work with if you get a chance to work with her. What makes her the best in this business base on my observation is that she treats your property like it is hers which makes her look out for your best interest. Let me first start off by saying, that the transaction of buying our home in the state of Alaska was difficult to say the least.
