As a real estate photographer for over 13 years, I've had the opportunity to work with a variety of agents. When it came time to sell our home, my husband and I had a set of parameters that we wanted our agent to fill...professional, knowledgable, personable and most importantly, putting our needs and wishes above theirs. Paul filled all those requirements.
From our first visit when Paul evaluated & inspected our property, to our sit down visit to discuss the best possible course of action with regard to timing, the current market and available comps, Paul provided invaluable insight. While some agents would rush you to market in order to get the sale, Paul's evaluation and opinion was that based on the type of property we had, we needed to wait until the property would be at it's utmost presentable to obtain the best possible price for our unique home.
Even with COVID-19 hitting, we listed the moment Paul felt the time was right. It took 22 days from list to close for our property and Paul obtained an over asking price to boot!

Paul was wonderful to work with. He knew exactly how to market our home and sold it quickly. He was also supportive and wonderful throughout the process. I have sold a few homes in the past, and he is by far the sharpest, most honest, and nicest realtor I have ever had the pleasure to have sold a home for me.
