Wow! What a ride this sale was with Andy Scherer! In short, it would not have been possible without his experience and expertise.

We first met Andy in 2016 when he supported us with a buy/sell transaction. That experience was so smooth that he was our obvious first choice when we decided to buy/sell again.

Andy listed our home and within 10 days we had 8 showings and 2 offers. A primary and a back up! Both offers were 98% of ask as well.

Less than 1 month to close and we lost our primary buyer! With a significant deposit put on a new build, we were tense to say the least.

We had previously followed the golden rule that one should never select a relative or a friend as a realtor. We met with Andrew in pre-covid January, viewed several homes, narrowed our wish list and returned to Georgia. Planned to put our lake home on the market in March. When the world shut down, Andy kept in touch sending homes to view through email. We had a cash offer on our home and the next day, after a virtual tour with Andrew, put an offer in on a beautiful home in Lakewood Ranch.
