If you're highly educated or familiar about a piece of land or property more than the realtor is then I wouldn't recommend Herbie Bartlett. She'd be great for someone who doesn't do their research but for my family she wasn't a great fit. She never mentioned any of the importance of this piece of land or the fact that there is so many issues with it. Before we even contacted her we knew the history of this land but wanted to confirm it and she wasn't honest about anything. Never got back to us and kept telling us people were interested when in reality they weren't. Mind you that this piece of land has been on the market for at least 7 years. It's like she tried selling us something by manipulating us in the process. Could also be the fact that she was the one making profit out of it. Either way she was really unprofessional and not a great fit for my family. Look else where before dealing with this mess. 2021
