I contacted Mr. Epps through realtor.com and after a brief conversation thought he was a viable realtor as he confessed to be a man of faith with business endeavors that seemed plausible. I hired and fired him and his attorney a little over a month later prior to the house being sold. Mr. Epps presented himself as a man with concern for his client best interest, however, his bottom line was the dollar. He deceived and betrayed me in that his preferred closing attorney was not an attorney and who sought to acquire $2,300 on the deal using foreclosure prevention to which my property were not. The deal did not go as planned as you can ascertain. Mr. Epps refused to cancel the contract after the buyer missed initial closing without submitting an extension or explanation among others. He sought to put me on blast with REIN as an attempt to keep another agent from bringing the closing to fruition, I conjecture he thought he would lose the commission, the other agent made no claim too. My documents can corroborate this. It was a thought that we could possible collaborate on a business thereafter, however, when I saw that he posted a pre-purchase ad for his upcoming book that hadnt been written per him, I thought something may be awry. I believe in giving people the benefit of doubt, this one did not pan out. He also flip houses. Im late with my review as there is subsequent issues. All in all, be wise and check out any sources he provide as his business associates. I forgave him and pray he repent.
