Jack understood the market well and the comps in the area and walked us through them in detail. He also walked us through in detail the offer process and all the legal terms and conditions. He was knowledgeable and helpful in guiding us through the entire process from offer to acceptance to close of escrow. He stayed on top of things like inspections, escrow and funding etc. He knew exactly the initial offer that we should make and where we would likely end up on price. Highly recommended.

Jack sold 3 properties for me last year, two single family houses in Cold springs that both sold quickly at just over the asking price and a 15 acre parcel in Rancho Haven that sold at the asking price. All were quick and easy with Jack handling any small details that came up during closing.
Jack was knowledgeable about all the legalities and offered great advice. The other party had a sticky problem of owing money to a deceased person. That held up title but Jack was able massage the situation, getting the other agent to push their client to get it taken care of and working with escrow to work it all out. We closed only five days late when the other party thought we'd be about two months late.
