Tami always explained to me in detail each step of the selling process & gave me information on what to do to get the house ready for showings, as well as what I would need to do after the house sold. She jumped in and contacted the appraiser when I was confused about what one of the repairs were on the appraisal he was requiring. Tami showed us houses no problem. We found a house we liked and she talked us out of offering what we wanted. She did not seem to be working for us as a buyer at all. The listing was through the same office she worked in and she seemed to be working more for the seller. nShe told us she would list our house we already owned when we were ready. Well when we were ready she refused to list the property because it wasn't worth her time. I do not recommend. 2017
