After many agents and brokers I had almost given up on selling my home and buying. Each presented their problems and trust was the biggest issue I had found in the real estate offices. That is until I went to an open house (my agent was suppose to have been there to meet us but wasn't) that Tammy was hosting, my hope was renewed from the moment she started talking I could feel her honesty. She went into action on finding a home for us, stayed in constant contact and gave me her honest best advice. I could write a book on my experience with the purchase of this house, Tammy has probably already started her edition from an agent side of the story..lol The stress she was under because we were under stress, Tammy was excellent all the way ... from showing to closing... It was the opposite from the seller side...corrupt dirty dealing is what I call what went on. Again was par for the course from my experience with previous agents, I'm so glad we found Tammy on that Sunday. I'm just really sorry for her experience with the other realtor office and as well having to deal with the stress of us. Tammy is a shinning star... I was a first time homebuyer, and Tammy was excellent with guiding me through the process, from finding the house I wanted to the closing, letting me know what needed to be done and when. I was in a bit of a hurry to find a home with my apartment lease ending soon; Tammy was aware of this and worked hard to move things along so there would be no problems. I was also pleased with how she handled having the seller make repairs needed from the home inspection. Among other things, Tammy spoke with the seller's agent and convinced the seller to pay to have a new roof put on the house.
