Our agent at The Bob and Ronna Group contacted the realtors for most of the people who visited our home to make sure that our potential buyers were pre-approved AND pre-qualified. The realtor we used in 2015 (not from the Bob and Ronna Group), did not do this, so many visitors to our home could not afford the cost and just wasted everyone's time.
