You got our previous house sold in less than a month and closed the following month. We have started our journey back in June and here we are in November right before Christmas we are already settled in our brand new house in Clermont. Victoria, goods or difficult times you are always there to help us, even after closing.
I listed my house with her and it did not sell it after 6 months. We did have one offer that fell through and had to go to an escrow dispute. Towards the end of 6 months, I notified Victoria that we were going to go in a different direction looking forward. She acted in an unfrossional manner and since I was not going to re-sign with her, she wants to put a claim to 50% of my escrow dispute and I am required to notify her of the status ASAP. This is not required, but she wants to try anything to get some revenue as she only works part-time. Not an amicable professional way to conduct oneself. If you want an agent who will work full-time, is well seasoned, and extremely professional, I would suggest looking at other agents. 2018

When she found out I would not review with her, she decided to try and collect 50% of my escrow dispute if I do in fact collect. This was not what we discussed. When discussing with her, the conversation was unprofessional and it was clear this was spiteful. If you want a professional agent, who works full-time, I would look elsewhere. 2018
